About Sam Simmons:
Sam is the Founder & Principal of Grace Peak Consulting (GPC).
With GPC, she advises leaders and guides organizations navigating change and growth — helping them fulfill their potential, and build cultures and systems where both people and performance thrive.
She’s worked in leadership roles at the intersection of HR, operations and strategy for more than a decade. Her industry experience includes sports and entertainment, SaaS, e-commerce, professional services/consulting, nonprofit and education. Throughout every chapter of her career, one theme has remained constant: people.

Grace Peak Consulting began in 2017, after repeated requests from leaders in our network who were looking for a trusted coaching and consulting partner across industries.
The name is intentional. Grace is our founder’s grandmother’s name - her grit, compassion and integrity continue to shape who she is and how she leads.
Peak reflects the belief that leadership is a journey, not a destination. Every leader and organization is navigating their own terrain toward the summits that matter most.
