Meet the Founder
Sam Simmons is the Founder & CEO of Grace Peak Consulting. She created Grace Peak because of her enduring passion for coaching and training, and her many years of experience in different roles within the talent space.
Sam currently serves as a Chief People & Internal Operations Officer within the spectator sports and entertainment industry. Sam has forged her career in guiding organizations and leaders in fulfilling their potential, developing and implementing holistic strategy, building high-performing, inclusive teams, and driving sustainable organizational change at scale. Her experience spans various industries, but the common thread remains people. Before her current role, she worked at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, HubSpot, Wayfair, and Koya Partners, as well as work in the nonprofit and education space. A Florida native, Sam currently resides in Daytona Beach with her husband.
